Arrest Made in an Armed Robbery (Gun) Offense: 1900 Block of Vermont Avenue, Northwest

 

(Washington, DC) – Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Third District announce an arrest has been made in reference to an Armed Robbery (Gun) offense that occurred on Friday, March 10, 2023, in the 1900 block of Vermont Avenue, Northwest.

 

At approximately 11:23 am, the suspects exited a vehicle and approached the victim at the listed location. One of the suspects brandished a firearm and demanded the victim’s property.  The suspects took the victim’s property then fled the scene in a vehicle.

 

On Wednesday, March 29, 2023, a 16-year-old juvenile male of Northwest, DC, was arrested and charged with Armed Robbery (Gun).
