Critical Missing Person: Melvin Faison

The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 79-year-old Melvin Faison, who was last seen in the 4300 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, SW, on Wednesday, January 21, 2026.

 

The incident was reported on February 5, 2026.

 

Melvin Faison is described as a black male, 5’7” tall, 140 pounds, with salt and pepper hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black shirt black sweatpants and two-tone sneakers
