The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 16-year-old Damari Layne, who was last seen in the 400 block of Mellon Street SE on Saturday,  July 26, 2025.

The incident was reported on Monday, July 28, 2025.

Damari Layne is described as a black male, 5’2” tall, 150 pounds, medium brown complexion with black bushy hair and brown eyes.  He was last seen wearing black pants, a black jacket, and white/black sneakers.
