Joseph Allen Brown is described as a black male, 5’8” in height, between 130-140 pounds, with a bald head, brown eyes, and a medium complexion. He was last seen wearing a brown shirt “Love Cowboys”, black sweatpants, and black shoes. He may be in need of medication.
