Critical Missing Person Xavier Carroll

The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 12-year-old Xavier Carroll who was last seen in the 2300 block of Hartford Street, Northeast.

Xavier Carroll is described as a black male, 5’2”,  120 pounds, black hair, brown eyes, dark complexion. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black jeans and black Jordan’s.
