The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 84-year-old Dale Ostrander, who was last seen in the 4000 block Cathedral Avenue NW , on Tuesday July 4th, 2023.
Dale Ostrander is described as a white male, light complexion, 5’11 in height., 184 Lbs, with salt and pepper hair with brown eyes. Cloting description given, white T-shirt, khaki shorts.
