Critical Missing Person: Kathy Mooney

The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 67-year-old Kathy Mooney, who was last seen in the 600 block of Columbia Road, Northwest, on October 31, 2025.

 

Kathy Mooney is described as a black female with a medium brown complexion, 5’5” in height, 149 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.  She was last seen wearing a black hoodie sweatshirt, grey pants, a blue jacket, a black head cover, and a pink bag.
