Critical Missing Person Vance Matthews

The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 15-year-old Vance Matthews, who was last seen in the Unit block of K Street N.W. on October 3, 2025.

The incident was reported on October 4, 2025.

Vance Matthews is described as a black male, 5’6” tall, 156 pounds, with short hair. Vance was last seen wearing a red museum hoodie, tan uniform pants, and red, black, and white Nike shoes.
