Critical Missing Person Stephon Smith

The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 16-year-old Stephon Smith, who was last seen in the 1000 block of Maryland Avenue, NE, on Friday, February 20, 2026.

Stephon Smith is described as a black male, 5’10” tall, 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans and  ski mask.
