Critical Missing Person: Victor Guillen

The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 13-year-old Victor Guillen, who was last seen in the 200 block of Nicholson St, Northwest, on October 31, 2025. 

 

The event was reported on November 1^st, 2025.

 

Victor Guillen is described as a Hispanic male with a medium brown complexion, brown hair, 5’5” in height, 85 pounds, with brown eyes,.  He was last seen wearing  a burgundy hoody, black pants (possibly), green book bag, and took his black and blue Hyper bicycle.
