The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 17-year-old Syion O’ Neal, who was last seen in the 1500 block of Anacostia Avenue, NE, on Monday, February 9, 2026.

 

Syion O’ Neal is described as a black male, 5’8” in height, 100 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing khaki pants, black hoodie with Chinese letters, white button up, and black Nikes.
