Critical Missing Person Laniah Jefferson

The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 16-year-old Laniah Jefferson, who was last seen in the 1200 block of 42^nd Street, Southeast, on Sunday, June 29, 2025.

The incident was reported on September 4, 2025.

Laniah Jefferson is described as a black female, 4’9” in height, 90 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.  She was last seen wearing a pink tube top and gray sweatpants.

Laniah Jefferson is described as a black female, 4’9” in height, 90 pounds, with black hair, and brown eyes.  She was last seen wearing a black bonnet, a black sweatsuit with light blue writing “Money Hungry” on the front, and tan Ugg shoes.
