Critical Missing Person Raven Maxwell

The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 15-year-old Raven Maxwell, who was last seen in the 300 block of Chandler Street NE, on Saturday October 04, 2025.

Raven Maxwell is described as a white female, 5’6” tall, 130 pounds, light complexion with “dirty-blonde” hair, brown eyes.  She was last seen wearing a black hoodie-sweatshirt with a butterfly on it, athletic pants, and black boots.
