The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 17-year-old Manuela Cohen, who was last seen in the 2800 block of Quebec Street, Northwest, on Monday, November 20, 2023. 

Manuela Cohen is described as a white female, 5’6” tall, 180 pounds, with blonde hair and green eyes. She was last seen wearing a dark green Jacket, black shirt and red sweatpants.
