Critical Missing Person: Teddy Stocks Jr

The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 16-year-old Teddy Stocks Jr., who was last seen in the 2300 block of Irving Street, SE.

 

Teddy Stocks Jr. is described as a black male, 5’-9” in height, 123 pounds, light brown complexion, with brown eyes and black low fade hair.  He was last seen wearing a brown Nike puffy coat, gray North Face backpack, navy blue jacket, white t-shirt, black long sleeve thermal, black sweatpants and navy blue and white Nike high-top sneakers.
