The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 14-year-old Jocelyn Penatzer, who was last seen in the 600 block of East Capitol St Southeast, on  Tuesday, October 17th, 2023.

 

Jocelyn Penatzer is described as a Black female, 5’ 1” tall, 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, medium complexion. Clothing white sweatshirt black tennis shoes, blue jeans, holding a brown purse with flowers on it.
