Critical Missing Person Richard Burroughs

The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 75-year-old Richard Burroughs, who was last seen in the 5400 block of Blair Road, NE, on Friday, April 11, 2025.

Richard Burroughs is described as a white male, 6’2” tall, 160 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing khaki pants, a black shirt, white and black tennis shoes and possibly a black jacket. He may be in need of medication.
