Critical Missing Person Jessiah Russell

The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 11-year-old Jessiah Russell, who was last seen in the 1800 block of Constitution Avenue, Northeast.

 

Jessiah Russell is described as a black male, 5’ 0” in height,  90 pounds, black hair, brown eyes, a medium complexion with birthmark on the right side of his face. He was last seen wearing dark green jogger pants, a black jacket, silver and black Jordans.
