The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 64-year-old Clifton Chisley, who was last seen in the 900 block of 23rd Street Northwest, on Tuesday, October 31, 2023.

The incident was reported on Monday, November 6, 2023.

 

Clifton Chisley is described as a Black male, 6’01” tall, 227 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. His clothing description is unknown.
