Critical Missing Person James Nathaniel Napoleon

The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 45-year-old James Nathaniel Napoleon, who was last seen in the 4900 Block of Jay Street, Northeast.

James Nathaniel Napoleon is described as a black male, 5’8” in height, approximately 200 pounds, with a brown complexion, brown eyes, and black hair.  He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, grey sweatpants, a white baseball cap, and black Jordan shoes.
