Critical Missing Persons: Stephon Smith, Isaac Rodriguez, Rahnisha Mayo, and Andre Dawley

The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 14-year-old Stephon Smith, 16-year-old Rahnisha Mayo, 15-year-old Isaac Rodriguez, and 16-year-old Andre Dawley, were last seen in the 4000 block of Wisconsin Avenue, NW, on Thursday July 11, 2024.

Stephon Smith is described as a black male, 5’7” tall, 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt.

 

Rahnisha Mayo is described as a black female, 5’6” tall, 160 pounds, with black hair in braids and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a green shirt.

 

Isaac Rodriguez is described as a Hispanic male, 5’5” tall, 105 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt and black shorts.

 

Andre Dawley is described as a black male, 6’2” tall, 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and grey sweatpants.
