Critical Missing Person Kayleigh N. Ballard

The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 15-year-old Kayleigh N. Ballard, who was last seen in the 1300 block of Harvard Street, Northwest, on Saturday, February 14,  2026.

Kayleigh N. Ballard is described as a black female, 5.’5” in height, 130 pounds, medium brown complexion, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a red, black and yellow scarf,  black coat,  gray jeans, and black and white sneakers. Additionally, she was seen carrying a black bookbag.
