Ny'asia Y. Oakley is described as a black female with a medium brown complexion, 5’2” in height, 165 pounds, brown eyes with a birth mark above her right eye, and black hair in a pony tail. She was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt, gray sweatpants and Crocs.
