The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 15-year-old Spirit Star Armstrong, who was last seen in the 3000 block of Connecticut Avenue, Northwest, on Wednesday, October 15, 2025.
Spirit Star Armstrong is described as a black female, 5’6” in height, 135 pounds, light complexion, with brown eyes, black and blonde two ponytails. She was last seen wearing tan pants, a dark blue shirt, black jacket, black shoes and a necklace with her name “Spirit”.
