Critical Missing Person Marcus Chappell

The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 16-year-old Marcus Chappell, who was last seen in the unit block of Galveston Street Southwest, on Sunday June 11th, 2023.

This incident was reported on Monday June 19^th, at 2000 hours.

Marcus Chappell is described as a black male, 5’1” tall, 190 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing blue sweatpants, a black hoodie with the letters “DBM” on the front, and
