Dear Cap 1 Officers,

I've heard from Joe Hotung that Patrick Garner will be visiting Cap 1 next Tuesday. Patrick is one of the leaders of Treasury Silver Speakers, which is another club in Area 32, just a block and a half down 15th Street at Treasury. He's a former President of that club, and a very articulate and creative guy. He does most of the graphics for his club, and excels in the process. Joe Hotung has recently made Treasury Silver Speakers his second club.
