Officer Tansition Ceremony on Tuesday, June 26th

Dear Jill,

 

Good to see you at TLI last Saturday.  Thanks so much for confirming your availability to conduct the Transition Ceremony for Capital Toastmasters 1 next Tuesday, June 26th.  We're looking forward to your visit!

 

Again, we meet at the American Bar Association, 740 15th Street, NW, 9th floor.  The security desk on the street level should have your name on a list of expected attendees.  We meet from noon to 1:30, and usually we start on time.  The meeting includes lunch.  We have food delivered from PotBelly.

 

I've alerted Ron Barrett that you're coming.  He's the outgoing AND incoming President.  Roughly we're looking for a 10-minute ceremony and will have it toward the end of the meeting.  I mention that because if you're running a little late, no sweat.  My cell is 202-375-4204 in case there are any problems.
