Midnight Deadline HELP!!! App used to work, now won't load contacts "Presence Unknown"

Hi, I have successfully utilized Office Talk prior. Nothing has changed with certificates etc, I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling multiple times. Last week when I logged in everyone was "Presence Unknown" (including myself) in the contacts list. Now, it won't even load the contact list, just a blank white screen with the wheel in the upper right hand corner turning endlessly. Here is the feedback:

Yeah, it's the HP thing - sometimes CWA runs, sometimes it doesn't, long term OT probably won't work since HP Is going away from Communicator/CWA.
