Bad Credentials....ugh.. HELP

I have been using this now for years.. There was some sort of update done on my computer and office talk has not worked since... I work for Centurylink, we use office communicator.. I keep trying to log in and I just get "bad credentials".. any advice?

try your phone's browser to log in (same URL). There's most likely a server-side change, your IT team might be decommissioning CWA service, there might be an expired cert, or they might have tightened who can access the service.
