Office Talk Free not Installed

Dear Dears,

I was using Office talk Free app from last couple of months.

But yesterday in order to upgrade the app I have uninstalled the app and now not able to Install on my Phone with Popup---

"APP NOT INSTALLED" and Unknown Error (-24)

Please do help me to get this installed on my phone.

sometimes these Google/Play issues creep up, try complete uninstall via Android settings/app, reinstall. OT itself has nothing to do with this, rather the Android platform.
