Search no longer works

It used to work, but when I was looking for new people recently, I discovered contact search does not work at all.  Even names that exist in my contacts list will not show up.  When I go into Search and type nothing ever shows up, even with users whom I know are currently onlilne available.  There are literally no results no matter what is put into the search field.

please use a browser, go to the same configured URL and log in there. Try searching functionality, it's most likely a server-side problem.

If it works there but continues not to work in OT use menu|feedback, discard (This enables logging), then perform a search, use menu|feedback again and send the email that should have the log attached for analysis.

Web works, Office Talk does not. I sent feedback after search did not work. Thank you for your prompt response.
