Office Talk for Android Settings

Can anyone help me locate the settings for Office Talk for Android. It is no where visible on the menu on my ICS Android for HTC phone.

Kindly assist.

accessing the menu is tricky on devices without menu button - check this site http://www.whatsapp.com/faq/android/21228643

There's a way to invoke the menu on each Android device but a few select ones that I'm working to support. Can you check above link please?
