Need urgent help please - Host SSL Certificate is untrusted (Check Preferences)

Dear Team,

I am unable to log on to Office talk as every time I try to log on, it gives me an error - Host SSL Certificate is untrusted (Check Preferences). I checked the preferences and it was all fine. 

Few Details about my account: User name - nimit.tomar@company name.com

                                              URL - https://ocsweb.company name.com

                                              Mobile Model - HTC M8 Eye

                                              Android Version - 5.0.2

Kindly let me know how to fix this issue as I used to use Office Talk few months back and it worked perfectly fine. Not sure why I am facing this problem now as I am still working with the same organization. Even tried to search for your support number but could'nt find it anywhere.
