Bad Credentials

Trying to login to app and Co tinnitus says bad credentials check password. I have verified my password is correct and I know it's completely compatible with my companies server because all my peers use it. What do I need to do differently?

you might not have permission to access the URL. Try a browser on the phone - when it doesn't let you in, talk to an administrator.
