Hi

 

Office Talk at the moment requires a Microsoft Communicator Web Access (CWA) server.   This server has been reported previously as working  https://cwa.pepsico.com

 

Please check with an administrator whether your company still offers "Browser based access to Communicator". The URL that works in a browser is the one usually also working for Office Talk.

Just in case that's the question - Lync is not supported, only MS Communicator CWA.
