Office Hours: Peer-to-Peer Mentoring, Thanks for contributing

Thanks everyone for making the Office Hour revival such a success. The classroom table was full and even had one person online.

The challenge this evening touch on many of the key aspects of any business motivations, defining rolls, modelling revenue/cost and communications. In addition we explored managing volunteers, compensation approaches and the importance of having a shared vision for the organisation.

The participants around the table are crucial it is your experience and insight that makes peer-to-peer mentoring so effective.
