This weekend at Off Broadway kicks off with a visit from the amazing
Kings Go Forth friday night. Roy Kasten of the RFT says "Kings Go
Forth is built on a simple proposition: the more the funkier. The ten-
member,Milwaukee based band throws itself into a whirlwind of rhythm
and horn lines while dragging obscure, soul-man Black Wolf crooning
and wailing behind it."
Joining the party are Jon Hardy and the Public(w/horns!) and from
Memphis Amy LaVere opens the evening. Showtime 9pm. $12
Saturday evening a special show with Joshua James His debut album was
#1 on the iTunes folk charts. Described as "midway between seminal
influences like Bob Dylan and Neil Young", James released his new EP
"Sing Songs" Feb 22nd. 6PM show $10
Saturday night marks the return of the Band of Heathens along with the
David Mayfield Parade. The Heathens' new album "Top Hat Crown and the
Clapmaster's Son" is set to be released march 29th. Check them out at

Sunday afternoon bring the kids to Babaloo's Birthday Bash!
Grandfather Stark of KDHX hosts this Family Matinee at 3PM. Tickets
