LGPL clarification issues

Hi all,

I want to use open flash chart ver 2 at work.

It's just not clear enough for me if I have to go open source with all my project(including html,javascript) if I am using open flash chart.

Here is what I want to do.

I want to use the python library(http://code.google.com/p/open-flash-chart-python/ ) and the flash resources with out any modifications.

In this case do I have to open source my website python codes(written using Django)?

If I have to open my source how much of it should be open? All of it including html and javascript? 

Any comment would help.
