The organization I work for, California YIMBY, is looking to hire a Distributed Organizing Manager, as well as an Executive Assistant (we are also working on postings in Policy, Research, and Digital Communications).

California YIMBY is an advocacy group working to make California an affordable place for everyone to live, work, and raise a family. This year we led the successful advocacy effort to end exclusionary single house zoning & legalize more housing types across the state.

Our Distributed Organizing Manager will lead our efforts to better engage our 80,000 members and local YIMBY teams in our work. We're looking for someone who can help us manage our relationship with existing YIMBY teams, develop new ones, and empower teams & volunteers through trainings & toolkits.
