Hello!

Come work for Priorities USA - and/or help me find good talent for some spots!

We're hiring for a whole bunch of jobs over here on the soft side of politics.  We've got 18 jobs posted right now, and we're slated to hire new positions every month through the end of the year - we're primarily digital advertising, but will also be hiring research, creative, comms, and data/analytics.

While ALL of our jobs are good, I want to call out a few jobs that we've just opened for.  Take a look at the ones below - and all the rest - hope to see some Iowa names!  If you, or someone you'd recommend, applies - let me know to keep an eye out.

Executive Assistant to the Chair - we're losing our incredibly talented Executive Assistant to law school and looking for a great replacement.  Did you work with someone early in their career in the past cycle or two who would be a good fit for this position?  Please share!  (The incredibly talented woman that we're losing came to us via a chain of forwards from this group, so I'm crossing my fingers we can do it again!)

State Communications Program (the first 8 jobs on the page linked at the top):  Priorities USA is hiring key positions to build out our battleground state communications team. We're looking for a Content Producer and an Outreach Director in Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Florida. These hires will join a new team that's bridging the divide between press and digital communications. Experience in these states is a big plus.  These are unique opportunities to shape the conversation about 2020 at the local level.

Jill, have you reached out to Inclusv.com? I'm on the advisory board and it's a group that exists to diversity campaign and political movements. I hired a great Latinx organizer from LA thru inclusv, poor guy I put him in Spencer, IA but he survived!

Thanks, Irene!  We work with Inclusiv on hiring and a few other programs.  I will second her recommendation that they can provide great guidance on the best way to recruit diverse candidates!
