Queued spec updates

FYI, I've taken collected feedback on the actual spec and set up a
wiki page for us to track this openly.

This is the current list for inclusion in WD 8. I'll probably give it
another week or so to settle then we'll publish an update on a unique
url for review, then flip /spec once its finalized.

Nice. Is the group the best place for spec feedback or do you prefer
