New tickets are in Pivotal

Hi Team,

I have made pivotal issues and redmine tickets (where needed) for all the work planned for this week. Last week we didn't finish the highlighting of the open book and module, the pencils, and click to unfold chapters so those are still there. I am hoping that the highlighting is very close and that we can move through those quickly to get to this weeks stories.

Stuff to do for Tom and Izak

1. Highlighting open content (Tom)

2. Pencils (Izak)

3. Click to unfold

4. Move Save All, Change Repo, Logout into the module bar

5. Make copy paste discoverable (per the design)

6. Paste from Word

7. Semantic element text cleanup

8. Arrow rather than dot

9. MathML cut and paste (On Connexions Trello, have asked if they are doing this)

10. Errors in Phil's CSS (headings, dragging blocks into module, pane size). Connexions may take these on. Am checking.
