Here are my comments as I am reading them.

Generic stuff

1. Nice organization, really liking how this is progress.

2. Please look here and see if there are any things that are missing -- https://github.com/izak/oerpub-documentation/blob/master/github-bookeditor.md

3. Can you add the vagrant instructions before the component install instructions. The vagrant instructions are linked in 2.

4. Can you add in the textbook structure instructions, and then I will continue updating them as we get the demo structure solidified. They are also linked in 2.

5. Go ahead and put the docs in oerpub/documentation so we can all make comments and edit and stuff. 

Specific reorg stuff

6. I don't want to have to go through the two step process of depending on atc and then creating the common repo. Can we just skip this step and close Phil's PR?

7. Lets make a wiki page to start documenting the new layout, rather than pointing to the comment in Phil's PR. Can we fill out the files that we think go in core? 

8. I would like to name the common thing something more descriptive than "common". How about bookedit-core or book-core? I think there will be yet another phase in the future where we try to make it more generic than book, but I can't think of something evocative right now and collection-edit-core doesn't work for me.

9. I talked with Ed last week and it is fine for the core thing to live in oerpub
