Izak: copy/paste code, trying to get word sanitiser working for pasting from word into gh-book. contenthandler plugin isn't used at all, added that and the paste plugin, testing at present, using some example word-generated html because I don't have a copy of word anywhere.

Marvin released new transformation code for siyavula, looking through PR for cnxmlutils so it won't break other stuff, working on viewing the contents of a book repo directly on gh-book, injecting css and mathjax into the viewer.

Phil: Reviewed Brian's PR to gh-book, refactored. Will leave PR alone for now, some misgivings about style. Worked on more merges back into atc, support for folders, sidebar styling, today continue doing that.

Tom: Just finished working on all the highlighting things in the sidebar, is on testing, working on a pull request. Will work on the next sidebar related issues.

Parking lot: Discussed highlighting of toc elements performance issues of rendering whole tree, issues seen in the past with the contenthandler plugin.
