Important release information

Here is my plan for the next two days.

1. Hopefully get Max's stuff merged to master.

• 103 (fonts)
• 105 (min-width)
• 106 (fixed width headings menu)

2. Test atc prs that have been dev caked. I don't want to merge any of these until we do step 4 below. 

3. Monday -- Tom -- fix tables, Izak do your best to get the books opening consistently and reloadable, hopefully fixing the remote updater thing.

4. Make a release branch called "nov4-release". Merge delete book onto it and Tom and Izak's fixes for stuff.

5. Start merging atc things into master, but not nov4-release. The weirdness about the opening and closing of books has spooked me about releasing all this when I have demos coming up, but we can keep merging to master as they seem good. 

6. Release nov4-release to editor.oerpub.org and merge to gh-pages.
