Phil: More ATC fixes, changed some of the shared code, all of that on cnx/atc on the github branch. Will continue ironing out corner cases today.

Izak: Working on the pencil edit thing. So far I replaced the default FontAwesome pencil with the mockup-provided one. Took a while to find the right way to properly override the css. Implemented a dropdown menu as per mockup. Presently working on placing the text (for book, module, etc) in css, so that in theory it is easier to translate. Will then continue with the other issues listed on skype/email.

Marvin: Fix the ordered list problems for siyavula google docs transformation process.

Brian: Last day, finishing up the last work. Google doc importer for gh-book, got picker code top work, plumbing issues, got some help from Phil, works for the most part, plan to finish it today, will either complete work up to a point and pull-request it back, or leave it on a branch and communicate back to us on the morrow.
