Erroring a whole lot getting a book to load

I often have to try twice to get a book to start loading.

I have started getting the repo change page after I log in (which looks terrible) and then the book does end up loading if you just wait a while. This behavior started a couple of days ago. I have been hoping that Izak's investigations would be improving all this behavior, because it is pretty far regressed from where we were a couple of weeks ago and I am not sure what the culprit is.

I will get this error (don't know if it is related):

XMLHttpRequest cannot load https://api.github.com/repos/oerpub/test-book/git/blobs/6a08615b6de6c0957bf1e93e3815a846731dab52. Origin http://33.33.33.10 is not allowed by Access-Control-Allow-Origin.
