Hi Everyone,

An early heads up in the open source spirit of releasing early and frequently.

The OER Foundation, Jim Taylor from the University of Southern Queensland and Otago Polytechnic are starting to pull together a concept model for informal OER learning where students have the option of purchasing value added services for assessment and credentials as part of our organisational outreach and commitment to building sustainable OER ecosystems.

Of course we welcome participating organisations who agree with the rules of the game :-)

We have an early draft of the logical framework model -- very much work in progress: http://wikieducator.org/OER_for_Assessment_and_Credit_for_Students/Project_plan

Let's build sustainable OER ecosystems!

Cheers
Wayne
