This is essentially what we did last December, I think we've kept
various organizations in the loop enough if they want to be involved
(Web608, BarCamp, etc)

I haven't heard about Open Access 2009, but it's something to look
into. I have very poor ties to the university, particularly with
Chris no longer a student. I certainly wouldn't mind sending some
e-mails though.
