executive decision for codefest

I may or may not take the time to make a facebook event for this, but
having not heard a lot of feedback on places for the meet-up on Sunday
let's do it at noon at Sundance. I'll have to leave a little before 3
(assuming the weather is nice enough). There's been a bit of
discussion about Libre.fm, but I still don't have a clear objective on
what we should try to accomplish during the time.

Current ideas:
Libre.fm Android app
Libre.fm Flash player (or something else that can be used without HTML5)
Wisconsin.fm (though probably wouldn't be called that)

I'll keep an eye on the libre.fm list this week and perhaps we won't
really make a decision until we see who shows up Sunday. Perhaps this
will be a topic for discussion tonight at the Geek Dinner at IHOP.
